We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2023, at the age of 81, Delores Ellen Winters of Mansfield, Arkansas, born in Hartford, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Turman and Mary Turman (Corl); her brother Donald Turman; her grandson Steven Winters; and also Ronald.

She is survived by: her husband Newlin Winters; her children, Richard Winters of Mansfield, Michael Winters (Sandra) of Mansfield and Lori Hoopengarner (Larry) of Mansfield; her grandchildren, Grayson Winters, Michael G. Winters, Christopher Boatright and Chandler Boatright; her brother Clarence Turman (Carol) of Redding, California; and her sister-in-law Bonnie Turman of Camden, Arkansas. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
