He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Howton Davis of Maumelle, AR and Lindsay Howton Green (Justin) of Magnet Cove; his siblings, Olin Howton (Charlotte), Leo Howton (Blanche) and Betty Fuller; and his grandchildren, Sydney, Shelby and J. D..
