She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva W. Rule and Dorothy Walker Rule of Bridgeport, WV; and her sister Colleen Rule Douglas. She is survived by: her husband Gary L. Stoops of Little Rock; her daughters, Michelle S. Carney (Allen Carney) of Little Rock and Dr. Monica A. Stoops (Chris DeChant) of Omaha, NE; her grandsons, Jack Carney of Washington, DC and Logan Carney of Little Rock; her niece Beth Douglas White (Brian White); her great-nieces, Emily and Sarah White; and her nephew Craig Douglas of Frederick, MD.. She is also survived by her daughters and son-in-laws and grandsons.
