She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Johnson; her grandchildren, Lauren Ruthven (Jonathan), Holly Caruthers (Mark) of Little Rock and Andrew Johnson (Lindsey) of Denver; her great grandchild Will; her grandchildren, Reagan, Taylor Ruthven, Carter, Addie and Ellie Caruthers; her siblings, Brenda Allen (Art) of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Rick Taylor (Lori) of Estero, Florida; and her brother-in-law Don Moore of Little Rock.
