She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Ann, Kelly Marie and Catherine Esther; her son-in-law Phillip Carter; her granddaughter Elizabeth Catherine Carter-Fayers; her nieces and nephews, Bill, Debra, Robbie, Cindy, Karen, David, Johnny, Cheryl, Ronnie, Sue and Kendall; and her sister-in-law Marianne.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Oak Forest United Methodist Church.
