He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Cothren and Ellen Cothren; and his wife Nancy Cothren. He is survived by: his brother Jacky Cothren (Annette); his niece Bethany Brown (Lee); and his nephews, Brandon Cothren (Heather) and Michael Krablin (Emily).
