It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helen Jean Pickett McCruel (Little Rock, Arkansas), who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Esau Pickett and Bobbie Pickett; and her spouse Rollie Calvin McCruel. She is survived by: her children, Leslie McCruel, Valerie McCruel and Alise McCruel Smith; her goddaughter Shayla Young; her granddaughter Skylar Young; and her siblings, Taylor Pickett (Geneva), Joe Pickett (Charisse), Esau Pickett, Jr. (Wilma), Isaiah Pickett, Willie Pickett, O'dell Pickett and Verlee Pickett Bolton (Hannibal). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
