He is survived by: his children, Georgette Smith of Conway, AR, Kevin Smith (LaKeesha) of Little Rock, AR, Lisa Smith of Little Rock, AR and Carter Smith of Arkadelphia, AR; his siblings, Richard Dale Smith (Bobbie) of Arkadelphia, AR, Sampson Smith and Georgia Mae Graham of Texarkana, AR; his grandchildren, Asia Ragland (Chris), Alex Rogers, Mecca Smith, Jeremiah Toney, Noah Jones, Javian Smith, Cardaryl Smith and Miles Smith; and his caregiver Lisa Smith. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, additional family & friends.
