She was predeceased by: her brothers, Frank and Rayburn Emrich; her husband Wesley Price; and her sons, Harvey Boggs and Joe Price.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Deshea Baxley (Ron), Brea Ann Bennett (Chad), Joe Price (Tia) of Moyock, NC and Erin Franks (Jason) of Bryant, AR. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
It was Fay's wish that any memorial tributes be made in the form of a charitable donation to Carti of Little Rock.
