He is survived by: his wife Leslie Havens Hollingsworth; his stepdaughter Elizabeth Gitchel; his brother Cyril Hollingsworth (Betsy); his nephew David Hollingsworth; his niece Katie Mullen; and his brother-in-law Robert Havens.
