He was predeceased by: his parents, W. A. "Sonny" Farley and Modene Farley. He is survived by: his sister Carol Farley Helms of Morristown, TN; his nephew Jason Cutler of Coimbatore, India.; and his caregivers, Michelle, Cheryl, Connie, Crystal and Casey. He is also survived by friends and family.
