It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carthel Ray Watters in Little Rock, Arkansas, born in Heber Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on February 1, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff of Higden, AR and Nick (Kristen) of Collinsville, CT.; his grandchildren, Brooke Fortenberry (Noah), Austin, Seth Watters, Teagan and Dax Watters; his great grandchildren, Briar and Brazen Fortenberry; his sister Sharon Jennings (Don) of Ft Walton, FL; and his fiancé Lee Holt.
