He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Chatman and Easter Mae Terry Chatman; his wife Emma Chatman; and his brothers, Albert Chatman, Joe Willie Chatman and Eld.
He is survived by: his sisters, Augusta Spencer, Minera Banks, Velma Benton, Della Chatman, Barbara McDonald, Mae Lou Chatman of Little Rock and Frances Adrow of Little Rock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
