She was predeceased by: her parents, William Phillips and Ima Phillips (Durbin). She is survived by: her husband Roy Allen Burrow; her children, Todd Allen Burrow (Laura) of Sherwood and Krissie Williams-Elliott (Dave) of Maumelle; her grandchildren, TJ Burrow, Lukas Burrow, Brock Williams and Kylie Williams; her great grandchild Baylor Allen Burrow; and her sisters, Mary Brannon of Mayflower, Sherry Evans and Carol Wadley of Heber Springs.
The family suggests donations in lieu of flowers be made to the Compassion Center in Betty's honor.
