He is survived by: his parents, Dolly Williams-Salaam and Tauheed Salaam; his son Ahmad Jr.; his grandmother Eliza Williams; his siblings, Shahidah Nura (Carl), Tauheed Jr. (Capri), Na'im (Termeka) and Erica Ganaway; and his nieces and nephews, Na'im Jr., Jalen T., Zaydan, Kayden, Xavier, Korea, Jalen M., Jaylin, Meccah, Modesti, Nia and Jayla. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
