He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Barney, Donie Powell, Otho and Wanda Green. He is survived by: his parents, Doyle Powell and Donna Powell; his sons, Corey Shane Powell, Robert Todd Powell and Kelby Michael Powell; his siblings, Angie Vickers and Chris Powell; and his nieces and nephews, Dakota, Tucker Vickers, Tylon Powell, Jessie Vickers and Eva Powell. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins, along with a host of friends.
