He is survived by: his wife Brenda Lewis of Vilonia; his children, Danny Lewis of Vilonia, Terry Lewis of Vilonia, Larry Lewis (Crissy) of Mt Vernon, Greg Lewis (Mandy) of Vilonia, Mandy Ussery (Brad) of Vilonia and Sandy Lewis (Robbie) of Vilonia; his sister Edith Simmons of Vilonia; and his stepdaughter Melissa Spears (Shawn) of Austin. He is also survived by many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
