She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul McAdams and Orceila McAdams (Byard); and her husband Jewel B. Spurlock. She is survived by: her children, Mitchell Spurlock (Cheryl) of Judsonia and Paula Benton (Tony) of Searcy; her sister Wilda Gibson; her grandchildren, Tara Wallace (Eric), Wesley Benton (Ashton), Samantha Mercer (Tyler) and Palmer Spurlock; her great grandchildren, Kambrie, Kelbi Wallace, Ellie, Averie Benton and Amory Mercer; and her siblings, Irma Neal Cothran, Mary Pauline Hardcastle and Kenneth McAdams.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Evergreen Cemetery in Judsonia.
