He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Riga and Katherine Riga (Green); and his sisters, Petra, Joan McConnel, Ivo Riga, Jane Ferguson, Rita Riga (Roy Riga) and Martha Uebehlor.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Riga (Perry); his son Brian Riga (Tera); his stepdaughter LaRae Puckett (Roy); his grandchildren, Brianna Martin (Jake), Tanner Puckett (Abby), Colson Puckett (Lizzie), Bethany Riga, Conner Puckett (Taylor), Elijah Riga and Lincoln Puckett; his great grandchild Luca Martin; and his brother Guy Riga.
