She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Crain and Sandra Koller Crain. She is survived by: her husband William Carter; her sons, Jacob Carter of Nashville and Nick Carter of Jonesboro; and her brother Gary Crain (Jennifer) of Jonesboro. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
