It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Royal C. Stokes of Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Stokes and Julie Stokes; his daughter Kimberly Michelle Stokes; and his sister Fannie Marie Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Stokes; his children, Todd Stokes (Robin) of Cawker City, Kansas and Pamela Wagner (Nathanael) of Paragould; and his sister Carolyn Reece (Jerry) of Jonesboro. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
