She was predeceased by: her parents, Sid Lee and Charlestine Lee (Settlemire); and her sister Paula Lee. She is survived by: her husband Bill Lady; her children, Bill Holtzclaw (Pam) of Madison, AL. and Amy Giles of Heber Springs, AR.; her sister Pennye Best (George) of Cash, AR.; her sister-in-law Sarah Franks of Paragould, AR.; her grandchildren, Sydney Hays (Michael) of Madison, AL, Abygail Koeberlein (Alex) of Marietta, GA, Shelby Butler of Heber Springs, AR., Tommy Butler of Jonesboro, Austin, Spencer and Beau Butler of Vilonia, AR; her great grandchildren, Holt and Alden Hays of Madison, AL.; her cousins, Ron, Beverly Lee of Paragould, AR, Elaine McDonald of Lago Vista, TX, Debra Sterling of Jonesboro, Susan Straub and Sharron Settlemire of Shreveport, LA.; and her close friend Rose Marie Dale.
