With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Jo Pierce of Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on February 29, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Leach and Eveline Berry Leach; and her husband Dewayne Pierce. She is survived by: her son Scott Leach of Brookland; her stepsons, Dewayne Pierce Jr. (Tiffany) and Kevin Pierce (Sandi); her grandchildren, Josh Leach, Mary Beth Pierce, Eli Pierce, McKenzie Pierce (Lena), Meredith Infield (Jordan) and Myles Pierce (Mattea); her sisters, Betty Sue Carter (Bill) and Selma Chadwick (Harold); and her close friends, Kim and James Cole. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
