She was predeceased by: her parents, James Carson and Metreal Smith Carson; her husband George Whitehead; and her sister Carol Carson. She is survived by: her children, Georgia Whitehead of Forrest City, Arkansas and Wade Whitehead (Kara) of Bay, Arkansas; her grandsons, Carson Whitehead (Haley) and Drake Whitehead; and her brother Jerry Carson (Mary) of McGehee. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
