John Arends Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Arends of Jonesboro, Arkansas, born in Poplar Bluff, Missouri, who passed away on April 3, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Arends and Frances Arends Brannon; his wife Martha Arends; and his brother Nick Arends. He is survived by: his son Rowe Arends (Becki); his grandsons, Kaleb of Jackson, Missouri and Noah Arends of Jackson, Missouri; and his stepchildren, Mark Shannon (Kim) of Hensley, Lisa Young (Perry) of Trumann and Leslie McCarty of Sherwood. He is also survived by 6 step-grandchildren.
