With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Holmes Phillips of Jonesboro, Arkansas, born in Paragould, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 26, 2024 at the age of 83. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlan Phillips and Inez Phillips; his daughter Debbie Phillips Griggs; and his pets, Paco and PJ.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Phillips (Holmes) of Crowley's Ridge State Park; his brother Thomas Melton Phillips; his daughter Pam Phillips (George Barker); his grandson Phillip Griggs (Meghan); his daughter Shelbi Griggs; his stepson Adam Sorrell; his granddaughter Danielle Griggs; his great grandchild Konner Cartwright; and also Autumn.
