She was predeceased by: her parents, C. F. "Jack" Craft and Vetrel Dacus Craft; her husband Joe F. Tolbert; her granddaughter Sarah Felts; her son-in-law Dr. Larry Felts; her siblings, Jerry B. Craft, Kenneth Craft and Jackie Sauser; her nephew Brent Gibson; and her great-nephew Benjamin Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, Kenny Tolbert (Connie) and Myette Tolbert Felts; her grandchildren, Amber Kersey (Jarrod), Autumn Tolbert, Daniel Felts (Brittanie Chester) and Stephen Felts; her sister Susie Gibson Turney (Joe); her brother-in-law Walt Sauser; her niece Jennifer Sauser Wilson; and her cousin Glenda Dacus Lane (Katherine Sitzer). She is also survived by five great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren.
