It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Randall Emerson of Jonesboro, Arkansas, who passed away on October 19, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Alvin and Martha Betty Emerson; his sister Virginia Emerson; his grandparents, Maxie, Nora Emerson, Stacey and Eunice Baswell; and his former wife Catherine Puckett Emerson.
He is survived by: his wife Carrie Renee Emerson of Jonesboro; his son Rodney Cline (Clarissa) of Bono; his grandson Ethan Cline of Bono; his cousins, Glenna Mathes of Jonesboro, Vickie Baswell Massengill of Florida, Howard Baswell of Hardy, Ramona Gordon (Richard) of Kansas, Charles Emerson of Jonesboro and Randy Emerson of Jonesboro; and his pets, Coco and Louie.
