She was predeceased by: her parents, LaVonnie Belle Akins-Martin and Robert Martin; and her in-laws, Jerry and Pamela Woodard. She is survived by: her friends, Cassie Pausch-Kersey, Erika Vance, Tracy Langley Anderson, Stacy Barr-Blaxton and Shannon Schaaf-Kever; her husband Quinton of Jonesboro; her children, Joshua James Martin of Indianapolis, Isiah Alexander Woodard of Jonesboro and Skyler Lavonn Woodard; her grandson Cayden Chase of Jonesboro; her sisters, Cherry Akins-Smith of Indianapolis and Diana Martin of Jonesboro; her nieces and nephews, Brittany, Bridgette Smith, Kameron Smith and Miles Woodard; her cousins, Leticia Mitchell, Keenya Mitchell-Graham (Dennis) and Kimberly Akins-White (Steve); her brothers-in-law, Ronnie Smith and Lee J. Woodard (Tiora); her aunt Jackie Mitchell of St Louis; and her uncles, Calvin Akins Jerry (Evelyn) and Jerome Akins (Linda) of Augusta. She is also survived by other cousins, family and friends.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Colorectal Cancer Alliance.
