He is survived by: his wife Tommie Garner; his brothers, Andy Garner, Rodney Garner and Danny Garner; his sisters-in-law, Angie Garner and Julie Garner; and his children, Gregory Billingsley, Alexandrea Billingsley, Aaron Billingsley, Tristan Garner and Gracie Garner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; three grandchildren; and a lifetime of friends.
