She was predeceased by: her parents, Merritt Trusty and Doris Trusty; her son Greg Spicer; and her siblings, Irene Whitecotton, Dana Sherrell, Helen Horne, Ella White, Harold Trusty and Billy Trusty.

She is survived by: her children, Stan Spicer (Daronda) of Fort Smith, Gearl Spicer, Jr. (Cindy) of Atlanta and Phyllis Pulley (late Bud) of Huntsville, Arkansas.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
