He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Smallman and Dorothy Smallman (Horan). He is survived by: his wife Marla Smallman; his son Christopher Smallman of Huntsville; his grandson Tommy Smallman of Huntsville; and his sister Linda Smallman of Indiana.
