He is survived by: his wife Rosalina Soto (Santollo); his daughters, Nancy Soto of Las Vegas, NV, Vanessa Soto of Las Vegas, NV and Cynthia Soto of Huntsville; his sisters, Blanca Soto of Indianapolis, IL, Ana Soto of Mexico, Enedina Soto of Mexico, Guadalupe Soto of Mexico and Edith Soto of Mexico; and his grandchildren, Anthony Santiago Soto of Huntsville and Samantha Sarah Ortiz of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
