She is survived by: her husband Doyle Horine; her daughters, Judy Leveridge of Krum, Texas and Teresa Rutledge of Elkins; her grandchildren, Austin Leveridge, Avery Leveridge and Emily (Dylan Phillips); her brother Dorsey; her sister-in-law Nevelta Smith; her sister Sharon; and her siblings-in-law, Mike Dennis, Eulena, Larry Carpenter, Edie Smith and Janice Horine.
