He was predeceased by: his parents, John Walter and Hester May Guthrie Gaskill; and his siblings, Jim Gaskill, Ed Gaskill and Mary Gaskill Neal.
He is survived by: his brother Bob; his sister-in-law Penny Gaskill of Huntsville; and his sisters, Doris (Tom Williams) and Ann (Joel Anderson). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
