He was predeceased by: his mother Vernadene Smith (McLoud). He is survived by: his father Gareth Smith (Cindy); his wife Kathy Beauchamp Smith; his sons, Chais Majors of Springfield and Caleb Smith (Cheyanne Clyborn) of Johnson, Arkansas; his stepchildren, Tanner Farmer of Huntsville, Arkansas and Stefany Farmer (Jon) of Kingston, Arkansas; and his brother Mark Smith (Katie) of Knoxville. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
