She is survived by: her children, Mike Decapo and Dawn Sam of Huntsville, AR; her grandchildren, Josennia Sam, Everena Sam and Trans Sam; her great grandchildren, Aahjza Womack, Hidrogo, Nicholas Hidrogo, Siah Sam and Rahjzalynn Paske; her grandchildren, Draven Proctor, Jessennia Sam and Markuan Paskel; and her nephew Danny Allen.
