She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Otto and Ruby Alice Silvis Johnson; her husband Dale; her siblings, Jean Johnson and June Bennett; her son-in-law Tony Pretty; her grandson Trenton Pretty; and her great grandchild Bryce Eklund.
She is survived by: her brother Foye Kay; her nephew Larry; her children, Shelly Callaway of Boston, Beverly Pretty of Fayetteville, Darlene (Melvin Smith) and Dollie (Dennis Donahou); her grandchildren, Mechelle Smith, Amy, Bryan Newpher, Travis, Sunny Pretty, Laura Pretty, Tonette, Derek Donahou, Denisa, J. R. Mayes, Anthony, Darcy Donahou Blok, Trevor Smith, Damien Eklund, Heath, Kayla Eklund, Casey Poole and Cassie Poole; and her sister-in-law Foye Kay. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren; one brother.
