He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend William Harrison Collins and Rosie Lea Williams Collins; his wife Mildred Johnson Collins; and his siblings, Frank Collins, Walker Collins, Floyd Collins, Cleo Thurston, Billie Marrs and Virginia Schaefer.
He is survived by: his children, Barbara Mitchell (Jerry) of Harrison, Arkansas and Ted Collins (Andrea) of Farmington, Arkansas.; his grandchildren, Beau Collins, Jessica of Farmington, Skyler Collins, Cynthia of Williamson, Georgia, Anne Mitchell of Harrison, Justin Mitchell and Lauren of Mokena, Illinois.; and his siblings, Ben Collins of Springdale, Arkansas, Susie Atchely of Fayetteville, Ethel Taylor (Troy) of Elkins, Sarah Petersen of Entiat and Melba Collins of Fayetteville, Arkansas.. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
