She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Leo and Pauline Heard Chappel; and her brothers, Troy and Archie Chappel. She is survived by: her husband Robie Lewis; her daughters, Amber Warren (Derek) of Jonesboro, Sammie Norton (Vince) of Hoxie and Falisha Ann Moore (Angela) of Jonesboro; her siblings, Jeff Chappel, James Chappel, Danny Chappel (Judy), Imogene Clay, Vera Chappel, Loretta Wheeler (Steve) and Juanita Chappel; and her grandchildren, Dalton, Erica, Kandi, Torie, Colton, Braxton, Damon, Remington and Jaxxon.
