It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Howard Theodore Rowton (Hot Springs, Arkansas), who passed away on March 17, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Jefferson and Lillie Mae Rowton (Fryar); his wife Sue; and his great grandchild Alex. He is survived by: his children, Debbie Shuffield (Ron), Junior Rowton (Angela), Jon Rowton (Lisa) and Julia DePriest (Alan); his grandchildren, Summer Calhoun (Brent), Ryan Shuffield (Adi), Amber Hudson (Glenn), April Lim (Paolo), Gentry DePriest (Amanda), Holly Baker (Brian), Sam Rowton (Jessica), Tally Gillen (Chris), Kyler DePriest (Amanda) and Spencer Shuffield (Kristin); and his brothers, Lonnie (Patsy), Larry (Linda) and David (Sharon). He is also survived by many great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
