It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Ann Newman of Hot Springs, Arkansas, who passed away on June 2, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Raymond Stevens and Mary Katherine Stevens; and her husband Calvin Junior Newman. She is survived by: her children, John Michael Newman (Connie), Charles Wayne Newman, Calvin Allan Newman (Lisa), Billy Monroe Newman (Suzi), Barbara Ann Causey, Debra Lynn Newman and Paula Deann Schultz; her sister-in-law Dee Stevens; her brothers, Bill Stevens and Monroe Stevens; her son James William Newman; her grandson James "Jimbo" Newman; and her sister-in-law Pauline Stevens. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren.
