We are sad to announce that on November 13, 2020, at the age of 65, Tracy Parnell (Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas), born in El Dorado, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Parnell and Gladys Boyd Parnell; and his brothers, Richard Owens, Rodney Parnell and Jerry Lynn Harrell.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Golden-Parnell; his daughter Melissa Farmer (Alvin); his grandchildren, Marley and Gino Farmer; his sisters-in-law, Belinda Webb (Bobby) and Lisa Endrulat; his brothers, Barry Owens (Patty) and Mike Owens; his nieces and nephews, Carla, Nikki, Megan, Crystal, Pamela, Levi, Michael, Roddy, Paul and Derick; his great-nephews, Zachary, Cayden and Kyler; and his friends, Paul East, David Moore, Warren Stark and Jerry Perkins.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hot Springs Baptist Church, 144 Weston Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913.
