JoAnn left this world on September 28, 2024 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Savage Noble and Inez "Nezzie" Noble; and her significant other Robert Ray James. She is survived by: her daughter Joni Lynn Goff; her grandchildren, James Dustin Goff (Brittany), Chelsea Ann Hall (David) and Robert Grayson Goff (Logan Ann); her great grandchildren, Scarlett James Hall (David), Charlie and Theodore Michael "Teddy" Goff (Grayson); her sister Jean Harbison; and her nephews, James Harbison (Sara) and John Harbison.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the church, First Baptist of Hot Springs in JoAnn's memory.
