She was predeceased by: her grandson Austin Hawkey; her parents, George Andres and Mattie Andres; and her siblings, Fay Galloway, Martha Andres, George Logan Andres, Mildred Brownie Smith, Betty Ann White, Worth Andres and John David Andres.
She is survived by: her children, Betsy Collins (Jim Williams), Kim Bergeron (Farley Bergeron), Mitch Collins (Debbie) and Nathan Collins; her grandchildren, Luke Greene (Jennifer), Noah Greene (Julia), Summer Hawkey (Dustin Sherbert), Joshua Collins, Micah Collins (Abby), Logan Williams, Sterling Williams (Addie Barczewski), Mattie Collins Joel Collins (Lucas Lenz), Emma Collins, Sutton Williams, Jesse Collins (Rebekah) and Ann Marie Collins; and her great grandchildren, Ashlyn Hawkey, Macy Jane, Everly, Emilia Greene, Hank Collins, Joel Collins, Brecken Sherbert and Joann Collins. She is also survived by mother, grandmother and great-grandmother (Nana) to her 4 children, 14 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
