It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laveta Byers Norris (Hope, Arkansas), who passed away on October 20, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Orie O. Byers and Opal Davis Byers; her husbands, Billy Joe Greeson and Milton Luther Norris; and her siblings, Juanita Byers, Iris Jean Bohannon, Raymond Byers, Dorsey Byers, Jerry Byers and Jimmy Byers.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Greeson, Billy Greeson (Annette) and Karla Greeson Tumminello (Buddy); her stepdaughter Sandi Norris Frank (Stan); her siblings, Sandra Massanelli (Vic) and Dubs Byers (Jane); and her grandchildren, Allison Hilbun (Adam), Ashlee Nelson (Nick), Emily Carlisle (Justin), Jordan Hoyt (Christin) and Hannah Baker (Jeremiah). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
