He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ciaccio Sr. and Marie Jones Loe (Ciaccio); and his grandparents, Nick and Adelaide Jones. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicki Watts of Lawton, OK and Sandy Callahan of Purcell, OK. He is also survived by two grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
