He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Parks and Emma Beard Parks; his wife Cindy Inlow Parks of Hope, AR; his children, Ronald Parks of Baton Rouge, LA and Stephanie Parks of Shreveport, LA; his grandson Kaiden Fish-Parks of Hope, AR.; his siblings, Will Parks (Ann) of Camden, AR, Linda Rowe of Hope, AR, Pam Mosley (Hugh) of Bearden, AR and Randy Parks of McCaskill, AR.; his former wife Charlotte Parks; and his sisters, Florence Brantley and Fern Binz.
