He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H Bush and Tabetha E Bush of Hope; his wife Janice Bush (Cobb); his son Greg Bush; and his siblings, Lester, Roland, Dennon, Eugene, Kenneth, Jimmy Bush, Katherine Nichols, Iris Porterfield, Louise Poole, Peggy Hampton and Betty Walden.
He is survived by: his children, Shelly McKinnon (Adam) and Todd Bush (Mandy Townsend); his grandchildren, Kayla Sinyard (Josh), Cameron Pinson (Shelbi), Amy Murphy (Martin), Ryan Bush, Cody Bush (Ali), Kristen Bush, Kirby Bush, Mackenzie and Ella Lafferty; and his great grandchildren, Marleigh Sinyard, Eli Sinyard, Owen Sinyard, Tucker Pinson Graham Bush, Reese Bush and Bastian Shippey. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
