He was predeceased by: his parents, O. J. Lewis and Jewell Parker Lewis; and his wife Barbara Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Jimmy McRoy (Angela Perez) and Holli Daugherty (James) of Arlington, TX; his brother Larry Lewis (Nannette) of White Hall, AR; and his grandchildren, Ayden McRoy, Jordan McRoy, Halley Hearnesberger, Emily and Fiona Daugherty.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made ro First Baptist Church in memory of Jackie Lewis 315 South Main Street Hope, Arkansas 71801.
